• How do you market my property?

• How do you screen tenants?

  Our screening process may include:

Rent Collection & Owner Payments

• How do I get paid?

  Owner payments are made by direct deposit. You will also receive a monthly owner statement showing income, expenses, and account activity.

• What happens if rent is late?

  We follow the proper Virginia process, including issuing required notices when needed. We communicate with owners throughout the process so you know what is happening.

Maintenance & Property Care

• How is maintenance handled?

  Tenants submit maintenance requests through our system. We coordinate repairs with trusted vendors and keep owners informed, especially on larger repairs.

• Can I use my own vendors?

  Yes, as long as your preferred vendors are properly licensed and insured.

• Do you inspect the property?

  Yes, we perform property walkthroughs to help identify concerns early and make sure the home is being properly cared for.

• What if an eviction is needed?

  While careful screening helps reduce risk, evictions can happen. If needed, we guide the process professionally and in compliance with Virginia law.
